From your call to the first report.

Six steps, always in this order, and a document handed over at each. The last two are the ones most often skipped in this trade, and the ones that make a set-up last.

    First contact

    A short exchange to frame the scope, the urgency and the budget. We tell you at this stage whether your need is ours to handle.

    Site visit

    We come and see, at the hours that matter: opening, peak, closing, night. An interview is never enough to understand a risk.

    Security plan

    Number of posts, hours, standing orders, alert chain, equipment. Every line is justified by a finding from the visit.

    Team assignment

    We assign Academy-trained agents, briefed on site and introduced to your contact before the first shift.

    Deployment

    First shifts accompanied by the site manager during the first week. That is when a set-up gets tuned.

    Control and review
