Privacy policy

FIIT Protection Internationale takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy describes the data collected through the site, the purposes of processing and your rights, in line with Law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data in Senegal and the rules of the Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP).

Data collected

Depending on the form used, we collect: name, company, email address, phone number, the content of your message, information describing your security need (type of site or event, duration, headcount, risk level), and for applications, your CV, target position and years of experience. We collect no sensitive data within the meaning of the law without your explicit consent.

Purposes

This data is used only to answer your quote, information, FIIT Academy registration and job application requests, to prepare commercial proposals, and to manage the relationship. The legal basis is your consent, given through the checkbox on each form, and the performance of pre-contractual steps.

Retention

Contact and quote requests are kept for 24 months after the last exchange. Applications are kept for 12 months, unless hired. Beyond that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Recipients and transfers

Data is intended for FIIT's management and administrative staff. It passes through our technical providers: Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery), whose servers may be located outside Senegal. These transfers are covered by those providers' contractual security commitments. No data is sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no advertising cookies. Audience measurement may be enabled to understand how the site is used (page views, clicks on call and quote buttons). Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn and the Google Maps embed are subject to those services' privacy policies when you use them.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Forms are protected against automated submissions. Access to data is restricted to authorised FIIT staff.

Your rights

Under Law 2008-12 you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to fiitprotectioninternationale@gmail.com stating your request and proof of identity. You may also contact Senegal's Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP).

Changes

This policy may be updated. The last update date appears at the top of the page. In case of substantial change, a notice will be published on the site.
