A word from the founder
A life spent watching over others.
I entered this profession in 1998, through martial arts. Back then I believed protecting someone was a matter of strength. I quickly learned it is first a matter of attention: reading a whole room in one glance, noticing what has changed since yesterday, standing in the right place one minute before it becomes necessary.
Abu Dhabi taught me the school of rigour. Five years in the protection detail of Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, where protocol tolerates no approximation: dress, punctuality, discretion. Then the presidential palace, five years with President Abdoulaye Wade — a different rhythm, the crowds, the motorcades, decisions made in a second.
In 2013 I came home to Guédiawaye with one conviction: Senegal deserved private security at the level I had known. That is how FIIT Protection Internationale was born — not one more guarding company, but a house where people are trained, supervised and held to account.
Today I run operations and design the FIIT Academy programmes. I visit sites, day and night. Every agent we deploy carries a piece of those twenty-five years. It is my signature, and I stand behind it.
