Profiles sought

Security agent
Static post, access control, patrols. Punctuality, presentation and composure expected. Beginners welcome.
- 18 or over, clean criminal record
- Good physical condition
- Spoken French, Wolof appreciated
Bodyguard
Protection of executives and delegations. Experience in protection, the armed forces or combat sports.

- Driving licence
- Absolute discretion
Site supervisor
Leading a team on a client site, standing orders, logbook, client relations.
- 3 years' security experience

Administration and management
Secretariat, accounts, agent scheduling. Rigour and office software skills.

Every recruit completes the security agent track before their first assignment. Ongoing training afterwards.

A reachable site manager, supervisor rounds and regular reviews of your work.

The process
Four steps, two weeks.

Application

Interview and tests
Motivation interview, physical test and a simple scenario.

Initial training
FIIT Academy track adapted to the target post, with final assessment.
- 04
First shift
Assignment to a site with the manager's support during the first week.
